I had an excellent experience with this junk rescue company. Jon and Devin were professional, punctual, and extremely respectful while removing furniture from my dad’s apartment. I was able to get a same day pick up on a Saturday! The two guys that came were very helpful and polite. They had to get a 1970s refrigerator up 6 steps and into the truck. I also had a loaded pick up truck full of junk I needed removed, they cleared out every little item that was in there.

It took me less than 24 hours from searching up junk rescue on google to calling, getting an estimate and having my old furniture hauled away from the basement and garage for a reasonable price. The young gentlemen Justin and Dan who came to estimate and haul away the furniture were polite and cordial. Appreciate the timely and professional service.

We had a ton of trash sitting in our yard and on the side of our house that need to be removed. Mikel and Brian came by and cleared it all up super fast. George and Justin removed a bunch of items (bedroom furniture, desks, and other assorted items) from my condo today. They were courteous and efficient, and even moved a heavy box downstairs that wasn't being removed. I would recommend them and definitely use the service again should I need to.

Junk rescue is absolutely essential and has provided and outstanding service for me today. I would have received a fine if I didn’t remove the trash waste management left on my curb. Our process of scheduling a visit with Junk - Rescue was very easy and we received a confirmation call 30 minutes before their scheduled arrival. Daniel provided us a very reasonable quote within 3 minutes of his arrival and within 15 minutes both units were removed from our 2nd floor bedroom. Daniel and Mikel were very professional and a pleasure to work with. In the past our neighbors have asked us if we knew of and had experience with a company that could remove furniture from their home however prior to today we didn't. In the future we will personally use Junk-Rescue and highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

These guys are top notch all the way. I had to clear a rented garage of automotive parts and shelving. Booking online was simple. On the morning of the appointment the crew called me close to the beginning of the appointment window and arrived when thy said that they would. He estimated the volume that would be needed and quoted me an estimated price. They got right to work, and 45 minutes later the garage was emptied. The space used on the truck was exactly as estimated. Both of the men on the crew were personable and friendly. I highly recommend Junk Rescue. It is not a service that one needs a lot, but the first class service ensures that I will be back should the need ever arise again. Thanks guys!

Daquan and Connor were outstanding and work so efficiently, I was amazed. The last time I saw big guys move heavy furniture was back in 1983 when we moved from our apartment to our house. Daquan just picked up the couch and walked out the door with no difficulty. Also the pricing was very reasonable and they do take your credit card. I highly recommend this company and the quality of the communication was outstanding..

Used Junk Rescue for first time to remove furniture from my mother's apartment. Company is very efficient, from setting appointment, following up, etc. On day of job, two man crew (forgot names) showed up on time, provided reasonable estimate and got right to work. Definitely recommend.

First time using this service. Justin & Da’Kwan called me promptly after placing a pickup request and arrived within the hour. They were polite and very professional. Gave me pricing without hassle. I do feel they are priced on the high side, however the prompt service, professional manner and fast removal makes the price point worth it. The quoted price was more than we wanted to spend and they were able to negotiate with me to ensure my first time was a success. I will definitely use them moving forward. Thank you Mikel and Naquan. The guys gave me a call 15 minutes prior to pickup and they were wonderful! So sweet and friendly. They helped take my dining table apart to get it out the door, along with some other furniture. They are super speedy and efficient. This was my 3rd time using Junk Rescue and I have used the discount card for $20 off the last 2 times for being a recurring customer. I’m a big fan and these are my go-to people for haul away. Especially since they also donate items that are in good condition.
